As most of you have seen, the local cities have raised a red flag. The wind forecasts do show a few hours of winds from our direction of concern (North to southeast) but they are well below 15 mph. Therefore we will not call an event.
The chances of an Event occurring in October will increase so don’t be disappointed – you’ll almost certainly get a chance to get up in the middle of the night and keep your neighbors safe!

ABC channel 7 was up here today to talk about neighborhood preparedness and process. Cort, you were missed. James and I stood in for you. Spreads the word to other streets. I asked them not to name our street -- we'll see if they stick to that.
