A Red Flag Warning has been issued by the National Weather Service for the greater East Bay Hills starting tonight through Wednesday afternoon.  However, a close look at the forecast models for our local area including Wildcat/Tilden predicts the winds will remain moderate 10-15 mph from a westerly direction.  The Berkeley Fire Department has made a similar conclusion and is not calling for a local red flag warning.  Therefore we will NOT be calling for a watch.
