Wildcat Watch - Email Protocols
Hi Team
A lot of emails have been flying about which I kind of like but some people are not retired like me so they are constantly battling to maintain some semblance of control on their email inbox. Therefore could you please follow these rules
- Be sure to change the “Subject” heading to an appropriate one if your reply to a particular email substantially alters the topic. This will help recipients sort their e-mails.
- Only copy the entire team when a significant number of the recipients are likely to be interested. I appreciate this is a very subjective criteria. Perhaps some of you can suggest some more objective criteria but for now, use your best judgement.
- Be sure and use the latest e-mail list so we don’t leave out any newcomers. That probably means you have to go back to my latest email and copy the addresses. If somebody wants to set up an email group that would be great.
Thanks.
Cortis Cooper
